Catholic Recipe: Chicken Filling
Another filling for the Appetizer Cake.
DIRECTIONS
Blend together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Add 1 can (6-1/2 ounces) boned chicken, finely chopped, 1/2 cup finely chopped celery, and 1 tablespoon capers; mix well. Makes 1-1/4 cups.
