Catholic Recipe: Cinnamon-Cheese Spread
This is a simple cream cheese mixed with cinnamon.
DIRECTIONS
Mash cream cheese; add a little heavy cream; whip until fluffy. Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon for each 3-ounce package of cheese; blend thoroughly.
