Macaroni and cheese is a favorite for many. This version is baked in the oven after mixing.

DIRECTIONS

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender; drain; rinse with hot water. Melt butter or margarine; blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk; cook, stirring over low heat until smooth and thickened. Add cheese, onion, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; stir over low heat until cheese melts. Add macaroni. Pour into greased casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 375° about 25 minutes or until browned. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
