Catholic Recipe: Shrimp Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon. salt
- 1/8 teaspoon. pepper
- 1 teaspoon. curry powder
- 1 teaspoon. sugar
- 2 cans (5 ounces each) deveined shrimp
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1 Tbsp. sliced scallions

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except scallions. Spoon into serving dish; scatter scallions on top. Makes about 2 cups.
