Who chose the hymn?

At the National Conference on Catholic Youth Ministry, held in Pittsburgh earlier this month, Bishop Wuerl presided at the closing Mass.

Here's the second verse from the hymn sung at the offertory, "A Place at the Table":

For women and man, a place at the table, revising the roles, deciding the share, with wisdom and grace, dividing the power, for woman and man, a system that's fair.
