The Episcopal convention, having approved the appointment of a bishop who is engaged in a same-sex union, will now take up the question of whether same-sex unions are a good thing.
Leaving aside the objective merits of the case(s), doesn't it strike you that, logically, the questions should have been taken up in a different sequence?
