For Richard J. Gladu Jr., his then-wife's decision to initiate a pregnancy he didn't want -- using one of those frozen embryos created with a donated egg fertilized with his sperm -- sent his life into a downward spiral. Now, in a case that legal experts say has major implications for the mostly unregulated world of fertility clinics ... Gladu has sued the clinic that helped his wife have a child without consulting him.
The embryo will turn eight in September.
