Report: Pope to visit Kenya in November

A spokesman for Kenya’s president said that Pope Francis will visit the African nation in November.
“The Vatican has formally contacted the government about a visit to Kenya in November,” said the spokesman, Manoah Esipisu. “The government has responded in the affirmative. We look forward to this historic visit by the Holy Father.”
On June 12, the Pontiff said he would visit the Central African Republic and Uganda and that a stop in Kenya was “possible but not certain.”
