The bishop of one of the world’s least populous dioceses is encouraging women to overcome cultural barriers and run for local political office. Bishop Vincent Boi-Nai is the first bishop of Yendi, Ghana, a diocese of 7,000 Catholics in a heavily Muslim area of the nation.
