CWN Editor's Note: A Coptic Orthodox bishop has spoken out strongly against genital mutilation of females, a practice that remains common in Africa. His speech condemning the practice has been widely circulated in Egypt, where President Abdel al Sisi has approved tougher criminal penalties for genital mutilation.
