Philippine troops, gunboats surround Muslim militants who kidnapped priest

Philippine troops and gunboats have surrounded the Muslim militants who kidnapped an Irish missionary priest this weekend. “We’re trying to contain them in one area to be in a position of strength,” said Major General Benjamin Dolorfino, the regional military commander.
