Islamic leader attends inaugural ceremony at Coptic cathedral

CWN Editor's Note: Sheikh Ahmed al Tayyib, the head of Al Azhar University—the leading institution of Sunni Islam—attended the opening of a new Coptic cathedral in Cairo, along with Egyptian President Abdel al Sisi. The cathedral has been built alongside a mosque, in a bid to encourage religious coexistence.
