Judge rules nuns cannot block sale of former convent to Katy Perry

CWN Editor's Note: A California judge has ruled against two Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, who have opposed the sale of their former convent to entertainer Katy Perry. The Los Angeles archdiocese, which backs the sale to Perry, had argued successfully that the nuns did not have legal authority to conclude their own sale of the building.
