CWN Editor's Note: Cardinal Oswald Gracias of Bombay says that the Council of Cardinals will soon be ready to present a complete plan for reorganization of the Roman Curia. “It will take two or three more meetings,” he says, adding that “by June perhaps we’ll be seeing the end of the tunnel.”
