Dallas bishop pleads for prayers after fatal shootings of police

Bishop Kevin Farrell of Dallas asked the faithful to pray for peace in the community after five police officers were killed by snipers, and several others wounded.

"Dallas is in shock right now-- the senseless violence is heartbreaking," the bishop wrote on his Twitter account. "Please pray for healing and peace."
