Fiat used by Pope in New York now up for auction

The Archdiocese of New York is auctioning off the Fiat hatchback used by Pope Francis during his visit to the city last year.

The Fiat 500 Lounge Hatchback was donated by the Chrysler Corporation for the Pope's use during his visit to the US. Proceeds from the sale will be used for Catholic schools and charities. 

As of Wednesday morning, March 30, with a day still left before the close of the auction on the CharityBuzz site, bidding had reached $135,000.
