Pontifical council posts cardinal’s critique of Kasper proposal

The Pontifical Council for the Family has posted the full text of “The Marriage Crisis and the Eucharist,” Cardinal Ennio Antonelli’s critique of the proposal to admit those who have remarried outside the Church to Holy Communion.

The pontifical council has posted the original Italian text as well as English and Spanish translations.

Cardinal Antonelli served as president of the pontifical council from 2008 until his retirement in 2012.
