Death threats against Irish archbishop in abortion-law debate

Irish police are investigating death threats against Dublin’s Archbishop Diarmuid Martin.
The archbishop reported that after he voiced opposition to the legalization of abortion he received a message that “I should be careful when I go out on the streets.” Archbishop Martin said that he had reported the threat to authorities, but did not plan to alter his activities.
