Texas Episcopal diocese negotiating entry into Catholic Church?

With the approval of their bishop, conservative Anglican clerics in Texas are exploring the possibility of some special status within the Catholic Church. Their statements suggest that their goal is something more than entering the Church as individuals, or even as parishes. Could they be asking for the establishment of an Anglican-use prelature within the Catholic Church? The outcome is uncertain, but the negotiations are serious.
