Catholic Recipe: Tangy Blue Cheese Spread

DIRECTIONS
Soften butter or margarine until it can be worked with wooden spoon or fork. Add salt and paprika; blend. Add horseradish, blue cheese, and tomato paste or ketchup or chili sauce. Mix well. Spread on hot hamburgers, steaks, or chops. May also be used for sandwich or cracker spread or dip.
