Catholic Recipe: Halloween Punch

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 6 teaspoons tea or 6 teabags
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 can (1 pound) unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate (do not dilute)
  • 2 large bottles lemon lime soda

A simple non-alcohol punch to serve at All Hallow's Eve parties.

DIRECTIONS

Pour boiling water over tea; let steep 3 to 5 minutes. Strain; add sugar; cool. Add lemon juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice; mix well. Pour over ice in punch bowl. Add ice cold lemon lime soda. Stir gently to mix. Makes 35 to 40 punch cup servings.
