Catholic Recipe: Black Friars
In England, Dominicans were known as the "Black Friars." Michael Foley suggests this cocktail for the feast of St. Dominic, the founder of the Order of Preachers or Dominicans
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients except cherry in a mixing glass or shaker filled with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with cherry.
