COSMIC EVOLUTION
A theory of the world's origin and nature which holds that, under God, the whole visible universe, including humans, was and still is in process; it is moving toward perfection by an inner determinism that is inevitable. All humans can do is assist or accelerate the evolution but in no way resist or check its necessary development.
