A religious order founded in Milan in 1530 by St. Antonio Maria Zacaria (d. 1539). Also known as the Clerks Regular of St. Paul, their name is derived from the mother church of St. Barnabas in Milan. Their monastic life includes the special study of St. Paul's letters and the prohibition of accepting ecclesiastical dignities. They also engage in missionary work and education.
