Phil delivered the address immediately after receiving an honorary doctorate from the College.

Thomas More College, located in New Hampshire, features a great books program in the liberal arts, with a semester in Rome. The College is also the home of the Center for the Restoration of Christian Culture, where Phil is a Fellow.
