... and meanwhile I’ll call your attention to the Spanish government’s decision to appoint a “sex czar” to encourage people to make more babies. Because in Spain, as in most of the “advanced” countries of the Western world, fertility rates have dropped well below the replacement level, to the point where society’s future is endangered.

This is the ultimate indictment of sex education, by the way. After several decades of classroom indoctrination, we as a society no longer seem to know how to do what every previous generation of humanity did: procreate. Hint: It doesn’t require a government program.
