eNewsletter Subject: Pontifical Academy for...Life?

Sadly, Pope Francis' Apostolic Exhortation Amoris Laetitia is very much in the news again.

A new appointee to the Pontifical Academy for Life has now asserted, based on arguments in that Exhortation, that not only is artificial contraception within marriage not immoral in all cases, but in some cases it is morally required.

That's why Phil Lawler's reassessment of the confusion surrounding the Exhortation is so timely. See Part 1: The Amoris debate: Is it really a matter of confusion?

As for me, I had no choice but to write a little poem in response to the argument advanced by the guilty priest-professor: Enjoy Slip-sliding along on contraception (or a poetic homage to Fr. Maurizio Chiodi).
