Another secular newspaper editorial comes out in defense of the practice of faith. USA Today says there's a difference between government establishment of religion and letting religious people express their faith in public, even in on public property like parks and the grounds of government facilities. Is it possible that after all these years we're finally getting through to these people? Are they finally seeing how all this anti-religion nonsense has gone too far?
Earlier this week, The Cleveland Plain Dealer came to the defense of Catholic bishops who assert their right to determine what it means to be a Catholic in good standing, even for politicians.
