The "Rainbow Sash Movement" will be entering Catholic churches in different places this coming Sunday -- Pentecost. Wearing the, um, gaily-colored sashes that are the symbol of their advocacy of active homosexual practice, they intend to present themselves for Communion.

Cardinal George of Chicago has aroused the ire of the Rainbow Sash leadership for directing his priests to refuse Communion. But the leadership claims that Cardinal Mahony contacted them -- to say they'll be welcomed.
