"It's ancient history!" Seattle Archbishop Alexander Brunett said of news stories about the abuse, much of which occurred decades ago. "People are getting tired of ancient history! People can only read the same article 18 times. There's nothing new." But he quickly added: "That's not the same thing as saying that we shouldn't be concerned about victims."
Same story. Only the victims are different.
