the betrayal never ends

The Archdiocese of Boston has betrayed children by allowing priests to abuse them; betrayed parents by failing to provide real Catholic education in parochial schools; betrayed donors by using money for purposes different from the ones cited when the money was collected; and betrayed parishioners by selling off the churches and schools they sacrificed to build.
But at least, you might think, a Boston Catholic can be confident that once he's dead and buried, the archdiocese can't betray him any more.
