Ms. Barb Ickes believes law enforcement agencies would be easier on top-of-the-pops pederast Michael Jackson if he were a priest.
Maybe, maybe not.
From my own perspective, I'm struck by how much easier Michael Jackson is on us than are our home-grown celebrators of diversity. We don't have to share Jackson's taste in mood music an hour a week. We don't have to listen to Jackson's homiletic musings on Doonesbury or Les Miz or the last episode of "Will & Grace." We don't have to drive the kids over to Jackson's basement for Confirmation preparation. And when Jackson wigs out, it's not necessary to send a series of unanswered letters to the chancery. To get him out of our lives, we simply lift the remote to chest height and go
