Christians killed in Mosul; Iraqi terrorists press for Islamic law

Two Christian Brothers were shot and killed in Mosul, Iraq. The execution-style killings sparked new fears among the Christians of Mosul. The bombing of Christian cities in that city late in November was taken as a warning that the Christian minority should leave or face further violence.
In Baghdad, a local affiliate of Al Qaida claimed responsibility for the killing of 127 people on December 8. The group said that such attacks would continue unless Iraq adopted Islamic shari’a law.
