VESTRY
The room or rooms in the front of a church where the sacred vessels and vestments are dkept, and where the priest and ministers at the altar vest for liturgical functions. It is also the place where parochial meetings are often held. In the Anglican, or Episcopal, Church the vestry is a body of laymen charged with responsibility for the temporal affairs of the parish. In Catholic tradition the vestry is more commonly called the sacristy.
