Five distinct records that the parish priest is expected to keep concerning the baptisms, confirmations, and marriages that take place in his parish, deaths among his people, and as far as possible the actual spiritual condition of the parish. At the end of the year copies of these recrods, except the last, are to be sent to the diocesan chancery.
