NOW's Kim Gandy goes borking for dollars:
With Alito on the Court in the critical seat of the moderate Justice O'Connor, women could lose the right to make their own reproductive decisions in a safe, non-coerced, and private way. Gays and lesbians could lose the critical right to privacy that allows consenting adults to make their own decisions about sex and sexuality. People of color could lose the last shred of support for affirmative action programs, which are essential to leveling the playing field and giving all people a fair chance to compete for jobs and educational opportunities.
You have to love that last thrust. Did you realize that affirmative action was essential to leveling the playing field?

It will be interesting in 5 to 10 years when human rights in the USA will be at equal or better levels than today what will they say? There are some people that will "bitch" in heaven... because they like bitching.

Uttered without the slighest sense of irony. If I didn't know these people were humorless, I'd say they were kidding with us.

Kim forgets to mention that, with the beast Alito on th Court, all Americans will look up into the sky and soon Hitler himself will plainly be seen floating down upon Kansas or Oklahoma in a parachute made of human skin. And then what, eh?

"Giving all people a fair chance?" Kimmy-poo, what about the people who are aborted? Where's their fair chance? And about "critical right to privacy"? Perhaps she could have that discussion with the University of Florida (scroll down to "government comes into bedrooms").

As President Clinton always said: "well it depends on what level means"
