CWN Editor's Note: Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith of Colombo has challenged the government of Sri Lanka to “bring to justice without delay the true masterminds” of the Easter Sunday 2019 bombings in Catholic churches. If the government has not shown progress in its investigation by April 21, the cardinal threatened: “we will not only wear black, but we will invite people across the country to raise a black flag that day to show our strong opposition.”
