    I agree with the judge. Private schools should stand or fall on their own merit, just like government schools should do the same. All tax coercion should be eliminated to allow parents a financial choice in which school to use. If this were the case, then Catholic schools, for example, would have to shape up or learn to compete better with their atheist government school counterparts. Lack of innovation, lack of vision, lack of intrepidity; these and more plague the average diocesan school.
