Filipino bishops ridicule Duterte’s claim against Cardinal Tagle

Duterte, who has clashed repeatedly with the Catholic hierarchy, said that Cardinal Tagle was supporting his opponents, and Pope Francis appointed him prefect of the Congregation for Evangelization as a punishment.
