CWN Editor's Note: An investment company in Malta, sued by the Vatican bank for alleged misuse of funds, has filed a counter-suit, charging that the Vatican bank, the Institute for Religious Works (IOR), suffered losses because of its own failure to adhere to the terms of an agreement.
