South Sudan prelate welcomes UN peacekeeping force

South Sudan’s leading prelate welcomed a proposal by the UN Security Council to deploy 4,000 peacekeepers in the strife-torn nation.
“We need this help,” said Archbishop Paulino Lukudu Loro, according to a Reuters report. “We cannot put our nation on the right track alone.”
