Vatican prelate joins foreign ministers’ discussion

Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, the Holy See’s Secretary for Relations with States, took part in a meeting of 57 foreign ministers in Potsdam, Germany, on September 1.

The foreign ministers of the member states of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe discussed the migrant and refugee crisis, the conflict in Ukraine, and other conflicts.
