Papal greetings to Rome's Jewish community for Passover

Pope Francis sent his greetings to Cheif Rabbi Riccardo Di Segni of Rome on April 21, as the Jewish community prepared for the celebration of Passover.
In his message the Pope recalled his January visit the the synagogue in Rome with appreciation. He promised his prayers for the Jewish community, and asked for their prayers in return. "May God also accompany you today with the abundance of his blessing, protect your community, and, in his mercy, bestow peace upon everyone," he wrote.
