Pope Francis will visit Rome's synagogue in January, the Vatican has announced.
Responding to an invitation from Rome's Jewish community, the Pontiff will visit the Great Synagogue on Sunday afternoon, January 17. More details about the event will be provided later.
Pope Francis will be the 3rd consecutive Pontiff to visit the synagogue in Rome.
