Korean bishops condemn abortifacient ‘Ella’

The Korean Bishops’ Conference has denounced the South Korean government’s decision to permit the sale of the emergency-contraception drug Ella (Ulipristal), which can act as an abortifacient.
“It is very regrettable, and the government is extremely irresponsible,” the bishops’ pro-life committee said in a statement.
