Catholic Recipe: Rainbow Sherbet Parfait
This is a low-fat, easy dessert, presented in parfait glasses.
DIRECTIONS
Alternate small balls of orange, lime, raspberry, and lemon sherbet in parfait glasses with spoonfuls of crushed, sweetened strawberries between and on top. Add a swirl of whipped cream and a whole strawberry.
