POLYGLOT BIBLE

A printed rendition of Scripture text in several languages. Among the Bibles worthy of note are the Antwerp, Paris, and London polyglots. The oldest polyglot Bible is the Complutensian of the early sixteenth century. It contains printed texts of the Old Testament in Hebrew, Greek, and Latin and of the New Testament in Greek and Latin.
