LORD'S PRAYER (Mass)

The liturgical recitation of the Pater Noster at Mass. Returning to an ancient practice, the Lord's Prayer now includes five parts: an invitation by the priest; the Pater Noster, sung or said together with the people; the embolism, which amplifies the last petition of the Lord's Prayer; the doxology; and concluding acclamation by the faithful.
