Holy Cross Father Paul LeBrun was extradited from Indiana to -- don't be shocked -- Phoenix, Arizona, recently to face charges of child molestation. That's only the beginning of the story:

According to a guardianship chronological case summary filed on March 25, 1994, in St. Joseph Circuit Superior Probate Court, Cindy Serna-Torres signed over guardianship of her son to the Rev. Paul LeBrun and to Michael and Ruthanne Brown of South Bend. Leaders of LeBrun's order, Holy Cross, did not know LeBrun had arranged the guardianship until June 1994, according to Holy Cross attorney Richard A. Nussbaum II.
