Join the Protest against YouTube Censorship of a Pro-Life Message

By Phil Lawler ( bio - articles - email ) | Aug 04, 2009

Live Action, a bold and imaginative pro-life group, has produced several videos that expose the underside of Planned Parenthood. Posing as a teenage girl, a Live Action volunteer tells a Planned Parenthood counselor that she has been impregnated by her adult boyfriend, and doesn't want to get him in trouble. Despite laws requiring counselors to report evidence of statutory rape, in several instances the PP counselor has promised to keep things quiet-- while the Live Action cameras rolled to capture the evidence.

You haven't heard about these Live Action exposés through the major media; mainstream reporters treat Planned Parenthood like a sacred cow. But Live Action has demonstrated a knack for getting the word out through the internet, posting the videos on YouTube.

Until recently, that is. Now YouTube has banned the videos, without providing any explanation. "It is an outrage for YouTube to arbitrarily censor a video that has sparked a state investigation and national concern," says Live Action president Lila Rose, who has launched a petition drive, hoping to persuade YouTube to reverse its decision.

You can read more about the YouTube controversy on the LifeSite News site. Or go straight to the Live Action petition and add your name to the list of people protesting this censorship of the pro-life movement.
